Payment terms:
1. All amounts payable by Cheque /DD only.
2. Total amount to be paid at the time of booking only.
3. Allocation will be based on first come first serve basis, subject to availability.
4. Fees once paid will not be refunded. However, substitution of participant is permitted.

Workshop Director
Aswani Kumar Kota runs Cynosure Consulting, an organization providing Change Management coaching, consulting and training services to enhance organizational productivity of Emerging Corporates and Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
An ardent marketer by qualification and profession, Aswani has consulted with and conducted workshops for some of the leading emerging corporates in industries like Gem and Jewellery, Information Technology and Mechanical Engineering etc., aimed at improving the productivity of the Sales and Marketing Functions.
He possesses the ability to clearly analyze the situation on hand, understand the stated and unstated needs and present an optimal mix of frameworks and practical easy-to-implement solutions to the participants and ensures definite results.
In the Gem and Jewellery Industry, Aswani has delivered a wide array of workshops, coaching sessions and consulting assignments over the last few years.
His recent endeavors are focused on enhancing the efficiency of the sales and marketing functions to maximize business by developing newer markets and clients while establishing stronger bonds with current clients through contemporary marketing strategies including email and digital marketing.

Aswani holds a BE in Industrial Engineering and Management from Bangalore University, and a PGDM (Marketing), from Nirma Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
